Little Lambs Nursery

DOES SERVING IN THE NURSERY FIT OUR MISSION?

Calling Individuals To Christian Discipleship -

Many families come to Grace for the first time to "try us out". Many times young families get their first impression about Grace from their experience with our nursery. The way we organize and staff our nursery will play a big part in whether these families keep coming back and become disciples.

Growing Obediently In Community -

Caring for Grace's precious ones will help their parents learn more about our Savior and allow them to go deeper in God's Word through growth groups. This program affords us an opportunity to witness our faith through our actions.

Impacting The World Through Service -

As more families become part of our Church, the Word of God is spread further throughout his body of believers. Remaining steadfast  to our nursery guidelines shows how committed we are to the safety of their children and ours. Whether these families return to Grace a second time or not, they will most likely tell their families and friends about their experience.

here are some examples of why our nursery program is important to newcomers

One newcomer to Grace said, "It's great being able to hear the sermon and know that my kids are being well cared for."

A new volunteer said, "It's hard knowing which program to be part of or how to get involved. This was a nice way to start meeting other people."

Several parents of small children have gone from first time attendees to members of Grace. Our nursery volunteers play a great part in this process. They help parents meet other Christians and become part of our family!
